𧀠GK (Goalkeeper)
- Primary: Handling, Passing, Technique
- Secondary: Speed, Setpieces
- Third: Playmaking, Shooting
The goalkeeper is not only the goalkeeper, but also the initiator of the attack's build-up. Ball distribution is a crucial factor.
𧱠Anchor
- Primary: Tackling, Passing, Technique
- Secondary: Speed, Setpieces
- Third: Shooting, Handling
The Anchor acts as the main defensive line and also helps distribute the ball from the back line.
π Flank
- Primary: Playmaking, Technique, Passing

- Third: Setpieces
Flanks are wingers who are active in attack and support defense with high mobility.
π― Pivot

β½ Futsal Manager Training System
The training system is the core of player development in Futsal Manager.
Every training decision will affect a player's attributes, physical condition, and performance in matches.
ποΈ Training Session Structure
There are 3 main training sessions per day:
- π 08:00
- π 11:00
- π 15:00
In each session, the manager can choose the type of training for each player.
π§ Type of Exercise
πΉ Individual Training
- Handling β possession of the ball
- Tackling β grab the ball
- Playmaking β creativity & distribution
- Shooting β final settlement
- Speed β speed
- Technique β ball control
- Passing β pass accuracy
- Set Pieces β balls Dead
πΉ Team Training
- Stamina Training β Improves team fitness
Managers can set the Stamina Share.
The higher the stamina share, the greater the focus on fitness over skill development.
β€οΈ Condition (Player Condition)
- Initial value: 100
- Each training session: -2 condition
- Condition affects training effectiveness and match performance
The lower the condition, the lower the training effectiveness and the player's performance in matches.
π Recovery Training
Special training is available to restore condition:
- Condition Training β restores +10 condition per session
For example: if a player's condition is 90, one recovery session will restore it to 100.
π Training Effectiveness
- Same training 2x β +5% effectiveness
- Same training 3x β +10% effectiveness
This system encourages training specialization for optimal player development.
βοΈ Manager Strategy
Managers must balance skill development, team fitness, and player condition before matches.
Every training decision will directly impact team performance.
The best managers are not those who simply have strong players, but those who can manage training time, conditions, and focus efficiently.
Coach
In Futsal Manager, the coach is a crucial element influencing the quality of player development in daily training sessions.
The coach not only functions as a "team companion," but also as a multiplier of training effectiveness, determining how quickly and optimally players develop.
Each team will have a coach at a specific level (Level 1 to Level 5). The higher the coach's level, the greater their influence on the players' training results.
Coach Effects in Training Systems
- Level 1 β 60% training effectiveness
- Level 2 β 70% training effectiveness
- Level 3 β 80% training effectiveness
- Level 4 β 95% training effectiveness
- Level 5 β 100% training effectiveness
This effectiveness will be the final multiplier in calculating a player's training gain. This means that even if a player has high potential,
without a good coach, their development will be slower.
The Role of the Coach in Gameplay
- Increasing the speed of player skill development
- Determining the efficiency of each training session
- Becoming a differentiating factor between clubs in the long term
- Drive financial management strategies (coach salaries & recruitment costs)
Coaches also have an indirect impact on the club's finances, as the higher the coach's level, the greater the weekly salary and replacement costs.
This forces managers to weigh operational costs against the team's development speed.
Coach Selection Strategy
Coach selection is not only about choosing the highest level, but also about balancing the club's financial situation with the player's development needs.
Small clubs may find greater stability with a mid-level coach, while larger clubs may pursue a high-level coach to accelerate performance.
With this system, the coach becomes a key strategic element in the club's journey towards long-term success.
π° Finance & Weekly Finance Update
The club's financial system is one of the most important aspects of building a successful futsal team.
In addition to on-field performance, managers must also maintain the club's financial stability to ensure continued growth,
recruiting new players, improving facilities, and expanding the arena.
π Club Income Sources
Clubs generate income from various sources both weekly and after matches.
-
Sponsors
Clubs will receive weekly sponsorship funds based on team performance,
league standings, and club development.
-
TV Rights
League broadcasting rights will provide regular weekly income to clubs.
-
Merchandise

-

The amount of income is determined by the arena capacity and ticket prices for each seat category.
-
Player Transfers
Clubs can also generate funds from player sales in the transfer market.
πΈ Club Expenses
Every club also has various routine operational costs that must be paid weekly.
-
Player Salary
The total weekly salary of all players in the squad.

- Total weekly club income
- Total weekly club expenses
- Arena operational costs
- Player and coach salaries
- Club taxes
- Weekly profit or loss
β Financial Management

Ensure stable club income and manageable expenses
to build a successful futsal club in the long term.
