1. Player Skills Form the Foundation

Every player in FManager possesses eight core attributes: Handling, Passing, Technique, Speed, Set Pieces, Playmaking, Shooting, and Tackling. Each attribute is rated on a scale from 0 to 100.

Rather than simply averaging every player's overall rating, the match engine evaluates players according to their position and the skills most relevant to that role.

• Goalkeeper (GK) — Handling, Passing, and Technique are the most influential attributes for protecting the goal and starting attacks.

By comparison, a Level 1 coach provides only 60% efficiency, resulting in slower long-term development. While the difference may not be obvious after a few days, it becomes increasingly significant over multiple seasons.
